Article 59:

Les dispositions du présent chapitre sont applicables aux expéditions et transports d'armes et d'éléments d'arme des paragraphes 1 à 4 de la 1re1 catégorie et d'armes de la 4e,2 de la 5e3 ou de la 7e4 catégorie que ces expéditions et transports soient ou non soumis à autorisation, lorsqu'ils sont effectués à titre professionnel. Les dispositions des articles 60,5 636 et du 1° de l'article 657 ci-dessous s'appliquent aux expéditions et transports effectués par des particuliers.

Article 59:

The provisions of this chapter are applicable to consignments and transports of firearms and components of firearms of paragraphs 1 to 4 of the 1st1 category and firearms of the 4th,2 5th3 or 7th4 categories, subject or not to authorisation, when carried out in a professional capacity. Provisions of Articles 60,5 636 and paragraph 1 of Article 657 below apply to consignments and transports carried out by individuals.
