Controles de la Exportación
i) Describa el sistema de licencia o autorización para la exportación e importación, así como todas las medidas referentes al tránsito internacional, utilizadas por su país para la transferencia de todas las SALW.
- La Dirección de Armamento de la Fuerza Armada Nacional emite autorización de importación ha empresas importadores o exportadores debidamente registradas, teniendo una vigencia de un (01) ano, el cual no podrá ser prorrogado, contando a partir de la misma. Requiriendo la remisión a fin de su tramitación, la firma exportadora, importadora, lugar de embarque, lugar de llegada, destino y uso que se le dará a las mercancías, cantidad y tipo de mercancía.
