Código Penal:

- Articulo 273: Se consideran delitos y serán castigados conforme a los artículos pertinente de este capítulo, la introducción, fabricación, comercio, posesión, y porte de armas, que se efectúan en contravención de las disposiciones del presente Código y de la Ley sobre Armas y Explosivos. Se considera circunstancia agravante si dichos delitos fueren cometidos por funcionarios de policía, resguardos de aduana, funcionarios públicos, casos en los cuales se aumentara la pena hasta un tercio de la media.

- Articulo 275: El comercio, la importación, la fabricación, el porte, la posesión, el suministro y el ocultamiento de las armas clasificados cómos de guerra según la Ley sobre Armas y Explosivos y demás disposiciones legales concernientes a la materia, se castigaron con pena de prisión de cinco a ocho años.

- Articulo 277: El comercio, la importación, la fabricación y el suministro de las demás armas que no fueren de guerra, pero respecto a las cuales estuvieran prohibidas dichas operaciones por la Ley sobre Armas y Explosivos, se castigaran con pena de prisión de cinco a ocho años.

Ley Para el Desarme

- Articulo 13: El que comercia o entregue a otra persona un arma de fuego ilegal, o quien la oculta, será sancionado conforme a los dispuesto en el Titulo V del Libro Segundo del Código Penal.

Criminal Code

- Article 273: The introduction, manufacturing, trade, possession and carrying of weapons in contravention of the provisions of this Code and the Firearms and Explosives Act, are crimes and will be punished according to the relevant articles in this chapter.

- Article 275: The trade, import, manufacture, transport, possession, supply and concealment of weapons classified as being used for 'war' in accordance with the Arms and Explosives Act and other legislation concerning the matter, are punished with imprisonment of five to eight years.

- Article 277: The trade, import, manufacture and supply of other weapons that are not used for 'war' but for which these transactions are prohibited by the Firearms and Explosives Act, are punished with imprisonment of five to eight years.

Law for Disarmament

- Article 13: Anyone who trades, gifts or transfers a gun, or who conceals a gun illegally, shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of Title V of Book II of the Criminal Code.
