Le Cameroun a besoin d'une assistance international des bailleurs de fond, des organismes internationaux ou des pays amis dans les domaines prioritaires ci-après:
- l'élaboration d'une politique nationale et d'une banque de données statistiques sur armes légères en circulation illicite;
- la création d'une structure permanente de recensement des armes légères;

Areas in which Cameroon is in need of international assistance
Cameroon needs international assistance from funders, international organisations or friendly countries in the following priority areas:
- the elaboration of a national policy and a statistical database on small arms in illicit circulation;
- the creation of a permanent structure for the census of small arms;
- strengthening the systems of control and detection of weapons in border areas (Customs, gendarmerie, national security, etc.)
