La Commission Nationale de Lutte contre la Prolifération des Armes Légères œuvre au quotidien aux cotés des Forces de sécurité et de défense à créer un climat de paix et de sécurité pour le développement.

Depuis sa mise en place, la CNLCPAL déploie des activités sur le terrain, qui ont permis de saisir un nombre non négligeable d'armes et de munitions et de renforcer la lutte centre l 'insécurité, grâce aux efforts du Gouvernement béninois et à l'appui de la CEDEAO à travers l'ECOSAP.

Preamble

The National Commission to Fight the Proliferation of Small Arms of Benin works with security and defence forces daily to create an environment of peace and security for development.

Since its creation, CNLCPAL has undertaken activities in the field, allowing the seizure of a great number of arms and ammunition and to strengthen the fight against insecurity, thanks to the efforts of the Government of Benin and to the support of ECOWAS through ECOSAP.
