… El Nuevo Código Penal, que entró en vigencia en el año 2009, en sus capítulo IV y artículos del 401 al 408, sanciona las siguientes actividades: "portación o tenencia ilegal de armas de fuego o municiones, tráfico ilícito de armas, alteración de las características técnicas de armas de fuego, fabricación, tráfico, tenencia y uso de armas restringidas, sustancias o artefactos explosivos,

… Chapters IV and articles 401 to 408 of the new Criminal Code, which came into effect in 2009, penalise the following activities: "Carrying or illegal possession of firearms or ammunition, illicit trafficking of weapons, alterations of the technical characteristics of firearms, manufacturing, trafficking, possession and the use of restricted weapons, explosive substances or devices, the trafficking, collection or storage of prohibited weapons, construction or the provision of runways, delivery of weapons or dangerous chemicals to people who can not handle them…"
