Describa el sistema de licencia o autorización para la exportación e importación, asr como todas las medidas referentes al transite internacional, utilizadas por su pais para la transferencia de todas las SALW.

RESPUESTA: Es un sistema de inscripción de comerciantes unico que se registra en la Dirección Institucional en Asuntos de Seguridad Publica del Ministerio de Seguridad Publica y para la importación y transite, para tal efecto se le expide la respectiva licencia sólo a personas naturales o jurídicas (empresas) debidamente inscritas en el referido registro de comerciantes.
