Establishment of Laws, Regulations and Administrative Procedures

The Department of Arms Control attached to the Ministry of the Interior and Police's mission is to take over the monitoring and recording of imports, exports, trade and possession of firearms or others, and ammunition, to be determined, according to Law 36 (on trade, carrying and possession of Firearms, 1965), and administrative rulings issued by the Secretary of the Interior and Police.
