En ce qui concerne la ratification d'instruments internationaux contre le terrorisme l'Andorre a ratifié douze des treize Convention des Nations Unies sur le terrorisme. En octobre 2008, la Convention pour la répression du financement du terrorisme a été ratifiée. L'Andorre a signé la Convention internationale contre le terrorisme nucléaire.

En ce qui concerne la criminalité transnationale organisée, l'Andorre a signé la Convention des Nations Unies contre la délinquance transnationale organisée. L'Andorre a toujours coopéré avec le système des Nations Unies et avec le Conseil de Sécurité en appliquant les résolutions et en fournissant toutes les informations demandées. International Instruments against Terrorism and Crime

Concerning the ratification of international instruments against terrorism, Andorra has ratified twelve of the thirteen United Nations Conventions on terrorism. In October 2008, the Convention for the fight against terrorism financing has been ratified. Andorra has signed the International Convention against nuclear terrorism.

Concerning transnational organised crime, Andorra has signed the United Nations Convention against transnational organised crime. Andorra has always cooperated in the United Nations system and with the Security Council by implementing resolutions and providing all the required information. Andorra also cooperates with the World Customs Organisation and with the International Criminal Police Organisation.

With that in mind, Andorra has participated in the meetings on small arms and light weapons organised by international organisations in 2009. During the 64th session of the United Nations General Assembly, Andorra sponsored the following resolutions concerning small arms and light weapons:

- A/RES/64/22: Objective information on military questions, including transparence on military spending
- A/RES/64/30: Assistance to States for the cessation of illicit circulation of small arms and light weapons in all its aspects
- A/RES/64/50: The illicit trade in small arms and light weapons in all its aspects
- A/RES/64/51: Problems resulting from the stockpiling of classic surplus ammunition
