§ 69. Validity of Activity Licences

(1) An activity licence shall be issued for a period of one up to five years or for the time it takes to perform a temporary duty or task if the amount of time taken to perform the duty or task is less than one year.

(2) In order for an activity licence to be extended, an application shall be submitted at least one month prior to the expiry of the activity licence pursuant to the procedure established in subsections 67 (3) and (4) of this Act.

(3) Upon expiry of an activity licence, the activity licence shall be returned to the issuer of the licence. An activity licence shall also be returned to the issuer of the licence upon the dissolution of the legal person or the revocation of the licence.
