Les particuliers désireux d'obtenir un permis d'achat ou d'importation de munitions doivent joindre à leur demande leur permis de port d'arme, sur lequel justification du paiement de la taxe annuelle sur les armes aura été portée. Article 30:

Individuals wishing to obtain a permit to purchase or to import ammunition must attach to their application their permit to carry firearms, on which must appear the justification of the payment of the annual tax on firearms.

They must also justify the possession of a lawful hunting permit. The quantities allowed must appear on this permit.
