Artículo 7. De las Medidas de Seguridad
Además de las contenidas en el artículo 88 del Código Penal, los Tribunales de Justicia, cuando se trate de situaciones de violencia intrafamiliar, acordarán cualquiera de las siguientes medidas de seguridad. Se podrá aplicar más de una medida:
c) Ordenar el allanamiento de la morada cuando, por violencia intrafamiliar, se arriesgue gravemente la integridad física, sexual, patrimonial, o psicológica de cualquiera de sus habitantes.
d) Prohibir que se introduzcan o se mantengan armas en la casa de habitación, cuando se utilicen para intimidar, amenazar o causar daño a alguna de las personas integrantes del grupo familiar.
e) Decomisar las armas en posesión del presunto agresor, aún cuando tenga licencia de portación.

Article 7. Security Measures
In addition to those provisions contained in Article 88 of the Criminal Code, the Courts of Justice may apply to any of the following security measures in cases of domestic violence. More than one measure can be applied …
c) To issue a search warrant when there has been domestic violence and the physical, sexual or psychological wellbeing of the household members or their property is under serious threat.
d) To prohibit that any arms are brought in or kept inside the house, when these are used to intimidate, threaten or cause harm to any family member.
e) To seize arms owned by the alleged abuser, even if he/she has a carrying licence.
