Dealer to Maintain Approved Firearms Store

13. Any licensed firearms dealer who fails to maintain at his place of business a store for the safe custody of firearms and ammunition approved in writing by a licensing officer shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of five hundred dollars or to imprisonment for six months or to both such fine and such imprisonment.
