Army Weapon Distribution Over

Since 2005 … the army appears to have ended the practice of loaning out weapons. Nowadays, the only legal way to obtain a weapon is to buy it from its owner or to obtain an import licence. In both cases, the new owner must apply to the Department of National Security for a permit to carry firearms.
