Forfeitures

When any person is convicted of using, carrying, or having in possession any arms,
ammunition, or explosives in breach of this Act, the convicting Court may, as part of the conviction, order that any such arms, ammunition, or explosives shall be forfeited, and shall hereupon become forfeited to the Government of Niue accordingly, and may be disposed of in such manner as the Arms Officer directs.
