Le Roi:

1) détermine les conditions de sécurité auxquelles sont soumis le stockage, le transport, la détention et la collection d'armes ou de munitions;

2) détermine, par arrêté délibéré en Conseil des Ministres, les conditions de délivrance et la forme des documents prévus par la présente loi;

3) règle le numérotage des armes à feu et des pièces d'armes à feu soumises à l'épreuve, en vue de leur traçabilité et en tenant compte des garanties en la matière qui pourraient déjà être fournies dans d'autres Etats membres de l'Union européenne pour des armes importées;

Article 35

The King:

1) determines the conditions of security to which storage, transport, possession and collection of arms and ammunition are subject;

2) determines, by bylaw of the Council of Ministers, the conditions for issuance and form of the documents provided by this Act;

3) regulates the marking of firearms and parts of firearms subject to testing, for traceability purposes, taking into account the guarantees on this matter which might already be provided in other member states of the European Union for imported weapons…
