Pour les revendeurs et les fabricants d'armes:
Après avoir satisfait à toutes les procédures et conditions et obtenu l'agrément, un revendeur d'armes et de munitions ou un fabricant d'arme locale doit ouvrir un registre où sont consignées toutes les informations relatives à ses clients. Avant tout acte de vente ou de réparation, il doit requérir le permis d'achat et de détention d'arme. Le registre aussi bien que le client peuvent être contrôlés à tout moment. Ceci permet de se rendre compte si le revendeur se conforme au cahier de charge et de contrôler si l'arme vendue est toujours en possession du légal propriétaire.

Tracing
Regarding firearms dealers and manufacturers:
After the completion of all procedures and requirements and after the authorisation has been granted, the dealer of firearms and ammunition or the manufacturer of local firearms must keep a register of all information related to their clients. Before any sale or repair, he/she shall request the permit to purchase and to carry firearms. The register, as well as the client, may be controlled at any time. This enables to realise if the dealer complies with specifications and to check whether the sold firearm is still held by its lawful holder.
