Article 16:

(1) Les armes ou munitions ne peuvent être données à titre gratuit ou onéreux que lorsque le concessionnaire a sollicité et obtenu lui-même une autorisation du modèle réglementaire1.

(2) L'autorisation ainsi obtenue par le concessionnaire annule celle du même modèle détenue par le cédant.

(1) Firearms and ammunition may only be given for free or for a fee if the dealer has applied for and obtained an authorisation of the regulatory model.

(2) The authorisation obtained by the dealer cancels the one from the same model held by the seller.
