Article 13:

(1) Les autorisations des modèles 1, 2, 3 et 5¹ sont valables sur toute l'étendue de la République.

(2) Il est établi une autorisation par arme précisant notamment: la catégorie, la marque, le calibre et le numéro de celle-ci, ainsi que les nom, prénoms et résidence du détenteur.

(3) Chaque autorisation d'achat d'arme ou d'achat de cartouches est détachée d'un carnet à souche, portée sur un registre coté et paraphé par le ministre de l'Administration Territoriale.

Article 13:

(1) The authorisations of the models 1, 2, 3, and 5¹ are valid throughout the Republic.

(2) One authorisation is granted per firearm and it must indicate: the category, brand, calibre and number, as well as the first and last names, and the residence of the holder.

(3) Each authorisation to purchase a firearm or cartridges is detached from a counterfoil book, entered on a register numbered and initialled by the Minister of Territorial Administration.
