Article 8:

(1) Les armes à feu et leurs munitions ne peuvent être introduites en Républiques Unie du Cameroun que si elle sont placées sous la surveillance et la responsabilité desdits services tant que les formalités nécessaires d'importation ne sont pas accomplies.

(2) Elles ne peuvent être retirées de la Douane que si leur destinataire a produit l'autorisation réglementaire.

(3) A la sortie de la Douane, les destinataires effectuent le transport des armes et munitions jusqu'à leur dépôt privé sous leur propre responsabilité.

Article 8:

(1) Firearms and ammunition may only be introduced in the United Republic of Cameroon if they are placed under the surveillance and responsibility of the said services, and so, until the necessary import procedures are completed.

(2) They may only be removed from the Customs Services if their recipient has produced the required authorisation.

(3) At the removal from the Customs Services, the recipients carry out the transport of the firearms and ammunition to their private storage under their own responsibility.
