Article 35: Serial Number and Other Identification Marks of an Arm

Any arm owned or carried by licensed persons shall bear a serial number and other identification marks recorded in the appropriate register of the National Police.

The registration of arms of Rwanda Defense Forces shall be carried out at the Military High Command.
