Article 13: Display of Arms for Sale

Any dealer in arms, ammunition and other related materials shall not display more than one sample for each type of arms in his/her shop. Other arms, ammunition and other related materials shall be kept in the arsenal from where they are assembled before they are delivered to the purchaser.

A Presidential Order shall determine procedures relating to arms trafficking in Rwanda.
