d) Inventory management and accounting control procedures:
Detailed records on SALW stores are kept on computer databases and they are periodically checked and updated. Events of loss or theft are immediately reported and necessary legal procedures are commenced.

According to Law no.5202, sites related to SALW should be annually checked by the Ministry of National Defence together with Ministry of Industry and Commerce. Unannounced "spot checks" are also implemented.
