National Level - Civilian Register

[The Ministry of the Interior] manages a data base in order to provide clear and precise information regarding firearms in the civilian sector.

The data base includes, inter alia, information from the health and police authorities regarding all the firearms owned in Israel.

The data base is regularly updated. For example, any failure to renew a license will appear immediately in the date base, and the violator will be subject to administrative and criminal procedures.
