Every dealer shall keep a register showing the movements of any firearm and also for receiving or disposing of any firearm under any title - Article 15(1).

Penalties - fine (multa) of one thousand and one hundred and sixty-four euro and sixty-nine cents (1,164.69) or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding three months or to both such fine and imprisonment.
