Minister may Prohibit Importation or Exportation

(1) The Minister may, after consultation with the Commissioner, prohibit, by order in the Gazette, for a period specified in the order the importation from or the exportation to a place specified in the order of any arms or ammunition or parts of arms or ammunition specified in the order except with a special licence issued by the Minister and the special licence may be issued with or without condition.
