Article 24:

Le Ministre chargé de la Sécurité Intérieure peut retirer le permis de port d'arme, dans les cas suivants:

1) lorsque le titulaire cesse de remplir les conditions exigées pour obtenir le permis de port d'arme;
2) lorsque le titulaire a commis une infraction relative aux dispositions de la loi N°04-050 du 12 novembre 2004 régissant les armes et munitions en République du Mali ou ses textes d'application;
3) lorsque le titulaire a été condamné pour crime ou délit volontaire.

Article 24:

The Minister in charge of Internal Security may withdraw the permit to carry firearms in the following cases:

1) when the holder ceases to meet the requirements for the permit to carry firearms;
2) when the holder has committed an offense relating to the provisions of the Act No 04-050 of November 12, 2004, Regulating Arms and Ammunition in the Republic of Mali or its implementing texts;
3) when the holder has been convicted of crime or voluntary misdemeanour.
