Article 22:

Peuvent être autorisés à acquérir et détenir des armes et munitions des 2ème et 3ème catégories1:

- tout citoyen jouissant de ses droits civiques et remplissant les conditions prévues dans le présent décret;
- les entreprises privées de surveillance et de gardiennage et les entreprises qui se trouvent dans l'obligation d'assurer elles-mêmes la sécurité de leurs biens et le gardiennage de leurs immeubles.

Ces entreprises, sous leur responsabilité, remettent les armes et munitions acquises aux personnes qu'elles chargent d'assurer ces missions, pendant le temps nécessaire à leur accomplissement.

Article 23:

Peuvent être autorisés à acquérir un permis de port d'arme dite de défense, les personnes ci-après:

- toute personne assumant des fonctions de direction, d'administration ou de gérance dans les établissements bancaires;
- toute personne assumant des fonctions de direction, d'administration ou de gérance dans les entreprises privées et les exploitations agricoles;
- les caissiers des entreprises privées et des exploitations agricoles;
- …
- tout citoyen en raison de son honorabilité, ou jouissant de ses droits civiques, d'une bonne moralité et justifiant d'un besoin de protection.

Article 22:

May be authorised to purchase and possess firearms and ammunition of the 2nd and 3rd categories1:

- any citizen in possession of his/her civil rights and fulfilling the conditions provided for in this decree;
- private surveillance and security companies and companies that have to ensure themselves the security of their property and the guarding of their property.

These companies, under their responsibility, hand over the purchased firearms and ammunition to persons who are in charge of these missions, during the necessary time of their accomplishment.

Article 23:

The following persons may be authorised to acquire a permit to carry defensive firearms:…
- any person working for a directorate, an administration or the management in banks;
- any person working for a directorate, an administration or the management of private companies and agricultural holdings;…
- any citizen due to his/her integrity, or in possession of his/her civil rights, of a good morality and demonstrating a need for protection.
