Article 12:

Les personnes physiques ou morales titulaires de l'autorisation d'exercer le commerce des armes et munitions, doivent adresser leurs demandes d'importation d'armes et de munitions destinées à la vente, au Ministre chargé de la Sécurité Intérieure, sous le couvert du Représentant de l'Etat dans le Cercle d'implantation de leur établissement ou dans le District de Bamako. Ces demandes indiquent le nombre, le calibre, la marque, l'origine des armes ainsi que l'indication du fournisseur. Elles portent également la référence de l'autorisation d'exercer le commerce des armes et munitions.

Article 12:

The person or entity subject to the authorisation to trade firearms and ammunition, shall submit their request to import firearms and ammunition intended for sale to the Minister in charge of Internal Security, under the cover of the State Representative of the place of residence or in the District of Bamako. These requests must indicate the number, calibre, brand, origin of the firearms, as well as the supplier. They also include a reference to the authorisation to trade firearms and ammunition.
