Toute personne physique ou morale désirant exercer l'activité de commerce, de fabrication ou de réparation d'armes blanches ou d'armes à feu ou de munitions, doit adresser, sous le couvert du Représentant de l'Etat dans le Cercle du lieu d'exercice de cette activité ou dans le District de Bamako, une demande d'autorisation, au Ministre chargé de la Sécurité Intérieure.
