Art. 18:

L'acquisition d'armes et de munitions non considérées comme matériels de guerre ne peut avoir lieu qu'en vertu d'une autorisation.

Art. 19:

La détention d'une arme régulièrement acquise est soumise à la délivrance d'un permis de détention sans préjudice des dispositions fiscales en la matière.

Toute arme doit être présentée à toute réquisition des agents de l'autorité et au plus tard dans les huit jours de cette réquisition.

Art. 18:

The purchase of firearms and ammunition, not considered weapons of war, may only be carried out with authorisation.

Art. 19:

The possession of a lawfully purchased firearm is subject to the issuance of a possession permit without prejudice to the tax matters.

Any firearm must be presented whenever required by agents of the authority at the latest within eight days of such requisition.
