La vente sur le territoire de la République des armes et munitions … ne peut être effectuée que par l'intermédiaire:

- Des importateurs agréés…;
- Des commerçants ou sociétés de commerce préalablement autorisés par arrêté du ministre de l'intérieur.

Art. 14:

Le commerce des armes et munitions visé à l'article précédent est soumis à contrôle.

Art. 15:

Le commerce, par les particuliers, d'armes et de munitions régulièrement détenues par eux, est également soumis à autorisation.
