Art. 8:

L'importation en vue de commerce, des armes et munitions,… ne peut être effectuée que par les personnes ou sociétés préalablement agréées par décret pris en conseil des ministres, en vertu d'autorisations d'importation particulières délivrées dans la limite d'un contingent d'importation fixé annuellement en conseil des ministres.

Art. 9:

Les importateurs agréés sont soumis au contrôle de l'Etat.

Art. 10:

L'introduction au Congo, par les particuliers, d'armes et munitions qu'ils détiennent régulièrement, est également soumises à autorisation.

Art. 8:

The import for trade, of firearms and ammunition…, may only be carried out by individuals or companies having previously been approved by decree of the Council of Ministers, under special import authorisations issued within an import quota set annually by the Council of Ministers.

Art. 9:

Authorised importers are subject to State control.

Art. 10:

The introducing in Congo, by individuals, of firearms and ammunition that they lawfully hold, is also subject to authorisation.
