Les détenteurs autres que les membres des Forces Armées de la République Démocratique du Congo, de la Police Nationale Congolaise, les importateurs et les fabricants des armes et engins visés aux articles 5, 6 … de la présente loi doivent, nonobstant l'autorisation qui leur aura été accordée, se faire enregistrer auprès de l'Autorité compétente de leur résidence qui est tenue d'informer le Ministère de l'Intérieur.

Article 14:

Holders other than members of the Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Congolese National Police, importers and manufacturers of firearms and equipment, referred to in articles 51, 62 … of this Act, must, notwithstanding that their authorisation is granted, be registered with the Competent Authority of residence, which must inform the Ministry of the Interior.
