Artículo 75. Permiso de Fabricación de Armas Permitidas

Se permitirá la fabricación de armas permitidas a las compañías de reconocido prestigio, cuyo giro normal sea la fabricación de armas. Siempre que posean los requisitos de Seguridad y calidad en el funcionamiento de las armas a producir. Así como con los requisitos exigidos por la Ley de Riesgos del Trabajo, permisos de salubridad y funcionamiento de la Ley General de Salud y demás leyes Laborales.

Article 75. Licence to Manufacture Permitted Arms

A licence to manufacture permitted firearms will be issued to renowned companies, whose normal business is the manufacture of arms, providing that their operations meet safety and quality requirements. They must also comply with the requirements of the Occupational Risks Law, have the health and production permits included in the General Health Law and comply with other labour laws.
