Son armas prohibidas en cuanto a su fabricación, tenencia, portación, importación, uso y comercialización las siguientes:

a) Aquellas que posean selector de fuego para disparo automático o que con una sola acción del gatillo disparen sucesivamente (en ráfaga) más de un proyectil, tales como:

1) Ametralladoras de cualquier tipo, marca, calibre o milimetraje.
2) Fusiles ametralladoras, de cualquier tipo, marca, calibre o milimetraje.
3) Metralletas o subametralladoras, de cualquier tipo, marca, calibre o milimetraje.
