Décret No 66-889 du 17 Novembre 1966, fixant les modalités d'application de la loi 66-03 du 18 janvier 1966, relative au régime général des armes et minutions.

Article 6: Le permis d'importation ne peut être échangé contre le permis de détention ou de port d'arme, qu'après certification par les services des douanes ou la maison de commerce importatrice de la disponibilité de l'arme.
