Décret No 66-889 du 17 Novembre 1966, fixant les modalités d'application de la loi 66-03 du 18 janvier 1966, relative au régime général des armes et minutions.
Article 5: En cas d'acceptation, il est délivré, le cas échéant un permis d'importation ou d'achat portant indication des prénoms, nom, date et lieu de naissance, résidence, profession du titulaire, des caractéristiques de l'arme et du numéro dont elle est marquée.
Le titulaire a la faculté d'importer ou d'acheter dans les maisons de commerce agréées l'arme dont les caractéristiques doivent correspondre à celles du permis d'importation.

Decree No. 66-889 of November 17, 1966, on procedures for the implementation of Act No. 66-03 of January 18, 1966, concerning general rules governing firearms and ammunition.
Article 5: If accepted, an import or purchase permit is issued with indication of the first names, last name, date and place of birth, residence, profession of the owner, the characteristics of the firearm and its marking number.
The holder has the right to import or buy, in licensed commercial houses, the weapon of which characteristics must match those of the import permit.
