Décret No 66-889 du 17 Novembre 1966, fixant les modalités d'application de la loi 66-03 du 18 janvier 1966, relative au régime général des armes et minutions.

Article 2: L'importation, l'exportation, le transport, le port, la détention, l'acquisition à titre onéreux ou gratuit et la cession des armes des 2ème, 3ème, 4ème et 5ème catégories, sont soumis, sur toute l'étendue de la République, à une autorisation préalable délivrée à titre individuel, par le Ministère de l'Intérieur.
