Article 6: Tout individu, toute entreprise qui désire se livrer à la fabrication, à l'importation, à l'exportation, à la cession, au commerce et à l'entreposage des armes et munitions des cinq premières catégories, ne peut le faire, et l'activité de ses intermédiaires et/ou agents de publicité ne peut s'exercer qu'après autorisation de l'Administration et sous son contrôle.

Act No. 66-03 of January 18, 1966, concerning the general rules governing firearms and ammunition

Article 6: Any person, any company wishing to engage in the manufacture, import, export, transfer, trade and storage of firearms and ammunition of the first five categories is prohibited, and activity of its intermediate and/or advertising agents can only be exercised after authorisation of the Administration and under its control.
