Toute personne physique ou morale qui veut se livrer à la fabrication des armes et des munitions de la première à la cinquième catégorie est tenue d'obtenir une autorisation de l'autorité compétente.
Les ateliers, usines de fabrication et de montage et leurs entrepôts sont soumis au contrôle de l'administration pour ce qui concerne les installations, l'application des mesures de sécurité, la production et les stocks. Ce contrôle est effectué par le ministère des forces armées.

- Act No. 66-03 of January 18, 1966, concerning the general rules governing firearms and ammunition (under revision);
- Decree No. 73-1128 of December 13, 1973, concerning conditions of manufacture and export of firearms and ammunition;
Any person or entity that wants to get into the manufacture of arms and ammunition from the first to the fifth category shall obtain a permit from the competent authority.
The workshops, the manufacture and assembly plants, and warehouses are subject to review, by the administration, of the facilities, the implementation of security measures, production and inventories. The Department of the Armed Forces performs this supervision.
