Artículo 28. Marcaje

Toda arma que se fabrique en el país deberá contener visiblemente la siguiente información: nombre del fabricante, lugar de fabricación, calibre, número de registro y modelo.

Cuando las armas sean objeto de comiso y destinadas para uso oficial, deberán marcarse adecuadamente, de conformidad a lo que establezca el Reglamento de esta Ley.

Article 28. Marking

All the firearms manufactured in the country must be marked with the following information: name of manufacturer, place of manufacture, calibre, registration number and model.

When the firearms have been confiscated and later declared state property, they must be marked according to Legal Regulations.
