20,168 armas fueron fundidas en Campana (Argentina) el 11 de diciembre de 2010 como parte del Plan Nacional de Entrega Voluntaria de Armas de Fuego. Según el Ministerio de Justicia, 140 mil armas han sido recolectadas y destruidas desde 2007, lo cual equivale al 10% del total de armas registradas en el país. Nuevas destrucciones de armas se realizarán en 2011.

20,168 guns were melted down and destroyed in Campana, Argentina on 11 December 2010 as part of a government plan for nationwide voluntary disarmament.
According to the Ministry of Justice, more than 140,000 guns have been collected and destroyed since 2007. This is equivalent to 10% of the total number of firearms registered in the country.
Further gun destructions are planned for 2011.
