Law 295 / 2004 on the Regime of Arms and Ammunitions and the Government Decision no 130 / 2005 on the approval of the Methodological Norms for the implementation of the Law no 295 / 2004 establish the legal framework in the field of national control of the manufacture, stockpiling and possession of SALW.
