Import / Export Licensing System for Sports and Hunting Weapons and their Munitions

The Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations grants import/export licenses for sports and hunting weapons and their munitions, in accordance with the Foreign Trade Law (Official Journal of the Republic of Serbia No. 101/05).

Applications are examined by an inter-agency Commission charged with approving transfers of industrial explosives and sports and hunting weapons and munitions thereof. The Commission is composed of representatives from the Ministries of Foreign Economic Relations, Defence and Internal Affairs.
