Preventing, Combating and Eradicating the Illicit Trade in Small Arms and Light Weapons in all Its Aspects - At the National Level

The illegal acquisition, transfer, sale, storage, transport or bearing of firearms, their components or ammunition (excluding smooth-bore hunting weapons and their ammunition), explosive substances and explosive devices are punished by corrective labour for a period of up to two years or a prison term of up to three years.
