Preventing, Combating and Eradicating the Illicit Trade in Small Arms and Light Weapons in all Its Aspects - At the National Level

Imported and exported weapons and ammunition undergo compulsory inspection. The inspection takes place in accordance with the procedure established by law when the weapons and ammunition are taken through Customs.

Staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Customs Committee and the State Agency for Standardization, Metrology and Patents take part in the inspections, as do staff of other bodes, as required.
