Article 12a

Weapons possessed on the grounds of weapon permit or approval or with prior notification of the relevant authorities may be transported in case a holder changes place of residence or address, for being repaired and alternated, holder's death, going to hunt, competition, shooting range or in other justified cases.

During transport from the paragraph 1 of this Article, it shall be unloaded and dissembled so that one or more components from the Article 4 of this Law are separated from it and hunting weapons or arms whose dissembling is not possible shall be disabled for use in other way (carried in its casing, locked, etc).
