6. Firearms Regulations 1970 Article 3 (4) - (4)

A firearms dealer's export permit shall be valid for a period of three months from the date of issue thereof and if not used within such period shall be delivered by the holder thereof to the registrar within two weeks after the expiration of such period.

The fee paid shall not be returnable.
