Special Restrictions Upon Holders of Firearm Dealers' Licences

23. (1) A holder of a firearm dealer's licence shall not deal in firearms or ammunition elsewhere than the place specified in his licence or in any amendment thereof.

(2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) is liable on summary conviction to a fine of three thousand dollars or to imprisonment for twelve months, or on conviction on indictment to a fine or to imprisonment for two years.
